And a sun room that gives you space and serenity to those that like that morning cup of coffee or just taking that afternoon nap or reading a good book or the paper.  The hiking path in back leads to some of the most wonderful sight one can see in Maine.   Only a 15 minute drive to Shawnee Peak and 30 minutes to Sunday River makes this a Skiers stay of choice. 

Waterford is in a great location, about 1 1/2 hour from Portland, ME and 3 hours from downtown Boston. In Bridgton and Norway small shops and restaurants, biking and great hiking. 30 minutes from North Conway and the outlets if you're looking for shopping. A great place for you and your family getaway vacation.
